Founded over 10 years ago with the support of the Hugh D T Williamson Foundation, BugBlitz™ delivers environmental and educational programs to school students. Based in Sale, it holds field days primarily in Gippsland which have been attended by more than 35,000 students. Most recently, support from the Foundation has enabled Bug Blitz to work with bushfire affected schools with a nest box project as well as the construction of a mobile laboratory.
